  • Solo Drivers: Starting pay $1.12 - $2.85 CPM 
    • *$0.05 CPM pay increase starting 7/1/26 bringing the pay range to $1.17 - $2.90/mile with an additional $0.05 CPM increase in Q4 2026.
  • Team Drivers: Starting Pay $1.24 - $2.97
    • *$0.05 CPM pay increase starting 7/1/26 bringing the pay range to $1.29 - $3.02/mile with an additional $0.05 CPM increase in Q4 2026.
    • Weekly Minimum Incentive of $3,000
  • $0.99/gallon fuel regardless of pump price
  • Monthly Safety & Performance Incentive - $.10-$.30/mile for all miles driven in the month for safe driving and performance. The operator must qualify for all four weeks of the bonus period.

Sign-On Bonus Details

  • $10,000 sign-on / stay-on bonus for OTR drivers (Limited time)
  • Paid out at $200 per week for 50 weeks
  • Eligible: OTR Lease, OTR Company, Teams & Solo, and Regional drivers
  • Not Eligible: Dedicated, Local, and Expedited drivers

  • Solo Drivers: Starting pay $.50 CPM
    • *Pay Increase Starting on 7/1/26, bringing starting pay up to $0.55 CPM, with another scheduled $0.05 CPM increase to come in Q4!
  • Team Drivers: Starting pay $0.70 CPM 
    • *Pay Raise Starting on 7/1/26, bringing starting pay up to $0.75 CPM, with another scheduled $0.05 CPM increase to come in Q4!
    • Weekly Minimum Incentive of $1,500 per Driver
